Should I prefer Top 10 NIT'S over NSUT/DTU or should I prefer only some of them over NSUT/DTU. If so then please tell which I should give more preference over NSUT and DTU and which I should give less

DTU and NSIT are good colleges and almost at par with top NITs like NIT Surathkal, NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, MNNIT Allahabad etc.
However, just comparing college won't be a good idea. You need to look for the branches as well. For e.g. Getting Computer Science in DTU or NSIT vs. getting Civil in top NITs - In this situation, go ahead with DTU/NSIT.
NIT better than DTU, if you are getting same branch:
- NIT Trichy
- NIT Surathkal
- NIT Warangal
- NIT Rourkela
- VNIT Nagpur
- NIT Allahabad
- NIT Calicut
For NSTU: All top 15-20 NIT >>> NSUT
