Should i reappear for mhcet 2019 along with continuing fy btech this year as i dint get my desired clg and branch

there is no point of continuing your btech if you have already decided that you will change your college next year as most probably you will be able study for mhtcet with your btech first year studies.
its better to settle for the college you've got or take a drop of an year.
