In JEE mains you will need aggregate of 60% marks to be eligible for JEE mains and in addition to this you must also have to pass in all the other subjects in your qualifying examination.
Since you are a JEE aspirant, I would like to mention to you that the NTA has removed the 75% criteria for this year's JEE mains, that means that students need not to have 75% eligibility criteria for JEE mains examination. He/She should have passed the qualifying exam with Physics, Mathematics, and any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject).
