should I sign bond of 5 years in uttarakhand mbbs or pay tuition fees of 400000 per annum without bond

You should prefer to go with 5 years bond for MBBS studies until and unless you are confused to pursue MBBS as a career and plan to drop in between otherwise go with the bond. There is condition in bond that you will be required to work for 5 years in a hill area after completeion of course so if you are comfortable with this condition you should prefer bond as it shall be helpful as well. It totally depends on you.
