Hi dear hope you are doing well.
Yes you can solve cengage mathematics but I will suggest you if you have completed your NCERT textbook of mathematics . because cengage is of JEE advanced level.you must differciate between JEE mains and jee advanced for not getting confused.as market is full with useless books.
