Should i switch from ECE to EE if my main preference is getting a job in psu and government

Hii Vinit,

Yeah sure . If you are not interested in EE very much or disinterested in ECE  very much and for you both are similar then you can change where you feel it might be better for future job purposes. There is completely no problem.

But if you like ECE branch and are not very interested in EE then you shouldn't change your branch. In future the job might be slightly better , but if you change then you would score lesser  than what you could get in ECE. And among performing average or bad in EE and getting a job and performing well in ECE and getting a job , the 2nd option would be much better. As you will be interested in it and so you will do well.

But surely , if both branches are similar to you or both are more or less of equal interests then surely changing your branch would be a good idea.
