Hello Swastika,
Well, looking at your score, it's but obvious that you'll not get any Government Medical College in India until and unless you belong to any PH/PWD category .
Further moving to your question regarding taking a 3rd Drop or not, I'll suggest you to first make out where did you fail to score better marks?
Possible reasons may be from the following :-
- Lack of practicing MCQs
- Unsolved Doubts
- Concepts are unclear
- Studying and learning error
- No dedication or consistency - this may be the last only.
So, after going through and understanding your mistakes that you have made in NEET 2022, then you should decide that do you believe and faith yourself that you'll improve in another 1 Year and will get a Government Medical Seat or not? If yes, then just go for it! Because believe me number of Drops and Repeats not at all matters . The thing just matter is level of your Hardwork, Consistency and Dedication you have in yourself that will make you a Future Doctor.
And also coming to the point that it's already your 2nd drop, then see you have seen that in these 2 years your score haven't increased upto the mark. So, if you've lost your interest from Studying MBBS then you can go for other options.
Also, by doing B.Sc. or B.Tech., that too has a good scope. But, you should not forget why you wanted to choose medicine.
Because, nothing matters bigger than what you WANT! We're here just to give you good suggestions to help you making better decisions.

As there is no limit of appearing in Neet UG exam even you have faiked for the second time and have scored of 210 out of 720. So it will be better for you attempt more at least another 2/3 times with getting preparation with hard labour and systematic routine reading the authentic books and guidance that will help you to get scoring at least 500 + marks to get MBBS and BDS seats in any government.or private colleges if you can afford it. So do not get loose of hope and try with more hard labour and dedication and sincerity. Success will must come to your door step. Trust me.
Hope this helps.
Hello aspirant,
With 210 marks in NEET it will be difficult to get government college specially if you belong to UR category. Competition is increasing day by day and every year number of candidates is also increasing. More people are taking drop for NEET. If you are determined to study MBBS only you can take drop again, but you have to prepare well for the exam.
On the other hand B.Sc and B.Tech courses are becoming popular day by day. You will have scopes in various fields. If you want to stay in medical line you can try for BHMS. , BAMS. or B.Pharm. Besides MBBS there are different career options. You need to choose wisely.
All the best!
