As far as I know getting a government seat in medical field is tough but once achieved it can take you miles.

If you are really confident about yourself and can feel the ignition inside yourself then you should put your foot down and take 3rd drop but if you have had of the studies and life of a dropper then join Manipal college. Don't worry if you are ready to move into the next phase of life then you will surely rock in it after taking the important lessons these preparation years have given you.
