should i take admission in vit vellore or srm chennai or should i drop the year in order to take into iit? my jee main score is 141

Both SRM and VIT are top private colleges but if you have to choose one you can go for VIT.

According, to your JEE Main score you have chances to get NITs as well.

To check your chances in NITs/IIITs and GFTIs you can use below college predictor

Are you not appearing for JEE Advanced this year?

You can consider NITs or VIT Vellore to take admission in engineering programme. If you are determined to get admission in IITs only then you can drop a year.

According to me you should drop for a year and prepare hard...or if NIT is possible then go for it
