You can go with Bsc general if you want to apply for UPSC but First you can Check your eligibility on UPSC Official Portal and Decide about this.
A Bachelor's degree BSc is generally considered an ordinary pass degree and BSc Hons is looked upon as an extraordinary degree. BSc Hons is supposed to have a heavier syllabus than BSc
So it totally depends upon you to choose the course according to your interest.
