Should i take electronic and communication engineering in heritage institute of technology or wait for the next year ??

Well, it completely depends on what other options do you have this year for you to do a comparison. If you believe that you can get a college better than this then surely you can try next year and if you wish this is your best chance then you can go for it, it is a well-known engineering college in Kolkata.
