You will be able to take MVSAT Online on any device, including a laptop, a desktop computer, or a mobile phone (smartphone).
However, if a desktop or laptop is available, we strongly advise you to use it because the possibilities of disruption on a mobile device are substantially higher (phone calls, battery drainage, poor network, etc. can disrupt the test). It is also recommended that you have a strong internet connection (broadband) and the most recent version of Chrome installed on your device.
