Hello Vismaya,
Yes you can appear for PGCET 2019 to get admission for MCA into colleges, specially for government colleges of Karnataka. The official notification for PGCET 2019 will be announced in the 2nd week of May, tentatively. The exam will be conducted on July 15th, 2019 (tentative). The results for the same will be declared by July end/August 1st week.
