Hello Aspirant,
The date should be of clicking the photograph means if you have taken that photo on July 01 then the date mentioned on it should be 01-07-2021. But don't worry if you have not uploaded in the same way because during correction window you can make changes in it and can upload new photograph.
NTA will open NEET UG 2021 Correction window on August 8th 2021 and last date to edit the details and remove all the discrepancies will be August 12th 2021 so make sure to edit all the details whichever required within the time frame.
Steps to make correction in your images are mentioned below :-
** Visit the official website - neet.nta.nic.in
** Now click on the ‘correction in Images' button.
** Now login using your login credentials .
** A message to change images in the form will be displayed on the screen
** Upload the correct images.
** After submitting all the corrections, an OTP will be sent on your registered mobile number, just enter it to finish the process.
* Now you can download the correction slip for future references.
The images should be in the prescribed specifications :-
Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format), Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format), Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format), Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).
