The domicile address refers to the land acquisition of your family in that particular state which makes you a permanent resident or student of the state for getting state reservation benefits.

State address refers to the current residential address in which you are residing, and these two might differ. But on the domicile certificate, the domicile holding or the land holding address should only be mentioned.
