If your query is regarding Indian Navy B.Tech 10+2 cadet entry for which the online application is ongoing then yes, you need to enter the marks scored in class 12th Examination, you shouldn't enter the marks scored in class 12th. To be eligible for this entry you must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with minimum 70% aggregate marks and you must have scored minimum 50% aggregate marks in English in class 10th or class 12th. Candidates must have appeared for JEE Main 2020 paper 1 and the selection for SSB interview is based on All India Rank.

Whenever you are asked to fill xii grade in application form , you will have to enter xii board marks or grade whatever is asked. Standard xi marks should not added in it.
To be eligible for any course after xii board , only your xii board marks are considered whether it is theory exam or practical examination.
You must secure minimum 50% aggregate marks to take admission for any course after xii.
