Should we have to upload the same photograph in jee mains self decl. form or we can paste other passoport size photo if the same photo is missing ???

Same photograph is not mandatory, but try to Carry same photograph for avoiding any disturbances.
.
If you have clicked your photo recently, just visit same photo shop and ask them copies they will give you
.
If the photos are old, search for them  at home and when you don't get paste another photo. No worries
