Should we learn keyboard typing before taking CSE or collage will teach us. In btech 1st year will they teach any computer language .

There is no need to study keyboard typing even if you take CSE in any college.

Also the college doesn't teach you that skill bit during your 4 years of engineering you will learn that skill by your own. During engineering by typing several times a day your brain and hands wil automatically know where are the keys.

But even if you wanna study see some videos on YouTube it will help develop your skills.

Answering your second question, In your BTech first year you will study the C language . It is the basic Language for computing world. Also it might differ College to college but many Institutes prefer this .
