I would like to tell you that hostel fees consist of mess fees and it varies for different medical college in India and also you did not mention about the name of college you wish to take admission.So i would suggest you to visit to the respective website of the partcular college you wish to take admission .

Yes, you should pay hostel fees and mess fees during your admission is in the process.
The hostel and mess fees is different in each college but the average price for MBBS students is around 1 lakh and 30,000.
