Dear aspirant,

EBC (economically backward class) certificate is given to those who belong to general category but their annual income or their guardians annual income does not exceed 1 lakh per annum. Through this candidate were able to get scholarship by central government.

However the income certificate of the person shows the total annual income of the person or his family. There is no maximum or minimum limit on income to get income certificate. But to get EBC certificate maximum limit for annual income is 1 lakh.

To claim fee reimbursement it is must to provide income certificate . EBC certificate should be produced only when college ask for it. But it is necessary to produce income certificate to claim the fee reimbursement .
