For any entrance exam , there  is a particular syllabus from which the entrance exam will come. See, if the syllabus is reduced or deleted then there is no sense for studying the deleted part because it will ultimately waste your time and energy.

Rather than studying the deleted part you must prepare what is there in syllabus and make sure to complete it with a good knowledge.
