Should we register online before going to cet counseling. If yes how to do it ( for 2019)

CET counselling takes place in offline and online mode.
Firstly after the result is announced and if you qualify the CET exam, you have to go to the verification centres to get your documents verified.
After that is done, you have to fill and lock your choice of Institute. This will be done through the CET number provided to you.
After this seat allocation takes place . This is how you have to go about it
