Hey there, you can look for medical college in your state as you can get a seat under state quota too. If good college available for you at your marks in other cities then must go for it but going out of state will not be good as their home state quota ends and if you get better college in other states then even go for that one.

Always go for quality education. If you are getting a good medical college then that in your home town then you must join that college. In today's time, college matters a lot, in fact, it is the college which makes all of the difference. However, if the college is very far from your hometown and the college in your hometown is not that bad relative to the college in some other city, then you could choose to stay in your hometown.
But if you have a bad college in your hometown relatively then definitely go for other colleges.
