Dear Jones, it depends on the stream and the colleges that you choose. Few Institutions conduct Entrance Examination because B.Sc is a vast and open stream. Few Institutions conduct admissions based on the merit scored in your highest qualification. Ideally a minimum aggregate of 50% is a desired percentage for both the Entrance Examinations and Merit lists.
