The csab special round counseling, has not been started. The registrations will be started from today  from 10 am and will go on till 19th november 2020. The Display of Seat Allotment Result of Special Round counseling 1 will be on 20th November 2020 at 5 pm.

So, without the commencement of counseling, there is no chance that the opening rank can be told.

But you can check the previous years cutoff.
