Yes, you are eligible to apply for NDA. You are on the core for selections.

NDA eyesight rules,

Short sight should not be more than 2.5D
Long sight should not be more the 3.5D
must be Able to detect colours
Your internal eye problems will be tested using a tool

.
If everything is fine, you will not be rejected. See that you will not increase your sight, Because the limit is only upto 2.5. Be careful
