Signature and photo is missing in my JEE Main May session admit card. Why is that? Any consequences?

Hello Aspirant,
Don't worry, what you should do is just paste your same passport size photograph that you have uploaded during the application process and also sign it by yourself with the same signature that you have uploaded in the application form of JEE-Main 2021.
JEE-Main 2021 May session(session 4) will commence from August 26th and will continues till September 2nd 2021 and NTA has also issued the guidelines along with the JEE-Main 2021 Admit card for Exam day for the candidates and those all guidelines are described below :-
The candidate should carry the following things :-
- Admit Card
- One original valid photo identity proof issued by the government that can either be PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar card with photograph,E-Aadhar/Ration Card/Aadhaar enrollment number with photo.
- One passport size photograph (same as uploaded in the online application form of JEE Main 2021). This photograph will be required by the invigilator to paste it on the attendance sheet at the centre.
- Duly filled in self declaration form (Undertaking) downloaded from the NTA Website.
- Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml) also it will be provided at the examiantion center as well.
- Personal transparent water bottle.
- Mask and gloves.
- For drawing test (B.Arch paper part 3) - candidates have to bring their own geometry box, pencils, erasers, colour pencils/ crayons.
- If you are diabetic then authorities have allowed carrying eatables like sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/ orange) and transparent water bottle. But note that no candidate is allowed to carry packed foods like chocolate/candy/sandwich into the examination hall.
Items which are prohibited at exam centre are also enlisted below :-
Pen/Pencil, electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, slide rules, log tables, printed or written material, bits of papers, pager, or any other device.
