1. Candidates who are sons and daughters of the late employee of Punjab Government/Central Government/All India Services.
2. Children of late employees of military/ex-military/ paramilitary forces, born in the territory of Punjab.

Eligibility criteria of Punjab MBBS 2020
- Aspirants must read the eligibility criteria before considering applying for Punjab 2020 MBBS admission. The basic eligibility criteria is mentioned in the points below.
- The candidate should be an Indian citizen.
- The minimum required age of the candidate should be 17 years as on December 31, 2020.
- An aspirant must also be a bonafide resident of Punjab. Therefore, the following candidates can also apply.
1. Candidates who are sons and daughters of the late employee of Punjab Government/Central Government/All India Services.
2. Children of late employees of military/ex-military/ paramilitary forces, born in the territory of Punjab.
3. Children of defense personnel posted in Punjab.
- The minority and NRI aspirants are also eligible to apply for Punjab MBBS admissions
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 exams with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology (PCB-Biotechnology) and English, having passed each of these subjects individually.
- Aspirants also need to score 50% aggregate marks in PCB (or PC-Biotechnology) combination. PwD candidates need 45% marks, while reserved category candidates need only 40% marks.
- Since the merit list will be prepared on the grounds of NEET 2020 scores, therefore, aspirants will be required to secure the minimum NEET qualifying cutoff.
