Both, Shiksha o anusandhan as well as Army institute of technology are good colleges. Actually these are equally Averagely good. In terms of placements also both are quite good . But if we talk about fees than fees of shiksha O anusandhan is around INR 9 LAKHS Whereas for Army institute of technology it is around INR 1.5 LAKHS which is quite less from the former so you can prefer this as in terms of placement and infrastructure it is no less. Rest you can decide as per your convenience.

SOA or ITER is good college. Placement is good. Top companies comes for placement. Academics is also good. facilities and infrastructure is world class. It is in the capital city of odisha so transportation is also easy both for railways and airways. Fee structure may be high.

Army institute of technology :- this college is also good and have good ratings and reviews. Placement activites and academics are top class.  fee structure is 1.16 lpa which is okay and affordable.
