Correct Answer: $\frac{2}{3}$


Solution : $(2 \times 7-5+9 \div 3) \div(4+2)^2 \times 2$
$=\frac{(2\times 7-5+\frac{9}{3})}{(6)^2} \times 2$
$=\frac{(14-5+3)}{36} \times 2$
$=\frac{12}{36} \times 2$
$=\frac{2}{3}$
Hence, the correct answer is $\frac{2}{3}$.
