Solution : $\frac{(4.2)^3-0.008}{(4.2)^2+0.84+0.04}$
= $\frac{(4.2)^3-(0.2)^3}{(4.2)^2+0.84+0.04}$
= $\frac{(4.2-0.2)\{(4.2)^2+4.2×0.2+(0.2)^2\}}{(4.2)^2+0.84+0.04}$
= $\frac{4×\{(4.2)^2+0.84+0.04\}}{(4.2)^2+0.84+0.04}$
= $4$
Hence, the correct answer is 4.
