Since blat 2018 paper is more harder then blat 2017 is there is possibility that cutoff marks decreases ?if yes then how much

If the difficulty level of the exam was tougher than that of previous year then in that case cutoffs might fall but it may happen that it might not fall due to the increase in number of aspirants this year. Anything can happen what you all need is patience for the cutoffs to be out.
