You got 93% which is good. Your rank may be around 70k to 65K. You will get NIT college in this rank but you have to a general EWS category student. Because with this rank as a general category student get CSE department in NIT college it's little difficult. But may be you can get NIT. Which NIT college you will its quite difficult to tell you. But I'll provide you a link below you can check it for which college you will get.
And I'll suggest you that you can give another attempt of JEE Mains examination. Because your score is good. So if you try again you will do better performance in your examination surely. So remember which mistakes you did the last examination and prepare yourself for upcoming attempt. I think you can score 99% this time. And easily get NITs with CSE department.
