since the aiims and jipmer are getting cancelled, is there any chance that 2020 neet will be harder than previous year or question be like aiims level?

You are correct in stating that the AIIMS and JIPMER entrance examination have been cancelled for this year and NEET scores will be considered for admissions to these colleges. Due to this, the competition level will definitely be higher than usual. Due to the fact that NEET scores are calculated in percentile, it is all about relative performance. The difficulty level will depend upon your preparation level and nothing else.
