Students joining after second counseling need to catch up with the other students but you need not worry about it much as mostly at the beginning not much is thought so the students after the second counseling can easily catch up with the students that have joined before. The teachers will also help if at all any students need help. There won't be any problem for the students who will join after the second counseling.
