I would like to know you that things dont work the way you are thinking. Suppose total seats are 70 in which 10percent seats are reserved for ews. Firslty you will competite in ews category students for 7 students , if you dont get seats in ews category then you will competitie with general category students, anyhow quota will increase your probability if getting admission , so fill with ews only
