since we are supposed to take a photocopy of 2nd puc result and get it attested by the principal for kcet verification. is the marks card supposed to be couloured or black and white?

The documents required for KCET verification are:

Proof of application fee payment
-
Score card of SSLC/10th Standard
-
Score card of 2nd PUC/12th Standard
-
Two recent passport size photographs
-
Study Certificate Counter signed by the concerned BEO/DDPI
It's not mentioned whether to take colored or Black and wait printout of score card of 2nd PUC/12th Standard. So you can take any print i will suggest you to take colored for better clarity.

Hello,
if you are uploading soft copy then it will be colored. Upload original downloaded copy from your 12th board so that all the details will be visible clearly. Make it attested if it is asked to do so.
when it will be hard-xerox copy then it will be black and white. original hard copy or soft copy , both will be colored.
