Sir 1 have scored 312 mark in upsee ....and my general rank is 8234. Can I get admission in iert allahabad in electronic branch or cs branch

Yes you can get in admission in institute of engineering and rural technology in CSE department or electronic engineering department. According to last year cutoff the closing rank is 10000 for general category and you got 8234 rank. so, you will definitely get it.
