Hi,
First of all, the 10% quota bill for general category on economical basis has not yet been established. It has been challenged in the SC.
Secondly, this bill involves only the general category candidates and states that 10% seats among the general category would be reserved for the economically backward candidates. This includes the candidates with their total family income of less than 8 lakhs per annum.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
