If you will apply for jobs based on 12th then you narks us more than enough for mist of the posts.
But if you will apply for bank jobs(sbi,ibps,rrb), SSC CGL, UPSC CSE etc then these exams require a graduation degree from a recognised University so you will have to persue a graduation degree to appear in these exams.

It's okay with you Academic marks. Every exam has its particular eligibility criteria . Some of the exams will have Graduation marks as eligibility criteria and some have 10+2 . But one should have minimum 60 % of marks to be eligible for any government job.  Your +2 and diploma marks are good enough. You are eligible for government jobs. Just check the eligibility criteria of that particular job and apply.
