Hello aspirant,

Yes, you are eligible for the NEET 2022 exam even if you are a class 12th repeater, which means you failed your first try and will reappear.

This is because you will be taking your 12th examination as a private candidate, and private candidates are eligible for the NEET examination but your eligibility for admission after passing Neet will be contingent on the outcome of your examination, that is, if you meet the Neet eligibility criteria listed below:

1. At least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if you belong to the general category

2. At least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to OBC/ Sc /st category

3. At least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of PWD candidates to be eligible.

Also,

To be eligible for NEET 2022 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021. There is no upper age limit for NEET 2022

Hope it helps!
