As you have not mentioned any particular college I cannot tell whether you are eligible to get admission in that particular college or not. But coming to you question if you have passed class 12th from any recognised board of India then you are eligible for getting admission in BA Bachelor of Arts.

There are many colleges in our country which provide the course, some of them take admissions through entrance exams and others take admission through your class 12th marks and a separate merit is created and according to your marks in class 12 selection procedure will take place.

As you have not formed very very class 12 I would better recommend you to prepare yourself for getting admission through entrance exams. As you have not mention any particular college I cannot tell you what the eligibility criteria the particular college needs. But the basic requirement is passing class 12 from a recognised board and as you have passed class 12th you complete the basic eligibility criteria.
