As per the Ministry of AYUSH, the admission to Bachelors of Ayurveda Medicine (BAMS) will be done on the basis of NEET result 2019 . Therefore, candidates who appeared for NEET 2019 can also apply for BAMS courses through state quota seats. A total of 14,10,754 candidates wrote the offline entrance exam for admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH and veterinary courses in India.
As similar to MBBS/BDS, candidates who wish to pursue BAMS must secure the minimum qualifying percentile and their corresponding marks in NEET 2019 to be considered qualified. General category candidates must secure 50th percentile, while 40th percentile is for SC/ST/OBC aspirants.

Well in general the cut off for BAMS colleges is as follows
420+ :government college
360+: semi government college
119-280: for private college
Note that the qualifying score for some institutes may vary according to the no. of seats and category.
