Hello,
I am sorry to say that you can get a govt college at these marks though but not the top govt colleges under UPSEE counseling. Better try till last round of the counselling to get a chance in top ones.

Hello,
You cannot get BIET Jhansi in first round but yes if you go till last round of counselling, you have a chance to get a seat there but it is not sure.

Actually, government colleges give first preference to the top rankers not the below ones and these marks are not good enough to land you in a government college. So, there is hard chance to get a seat in last rounds of counselling.Regards,Keshav Sahani

You cannot do anything now. All you could do is to attempt your UPSEE exam greatly but now it's not in your hand to get a seat here.Regards,Keshav Sahani
