As you mentioned you have secured 90 percentile in jee mains let me tell if you are from general category then it is not possible for you to get cse branch in government colleges.
Instead you should give a try for GFTIs like Gurughasidas bilaspur, Kongri Vishwavidyalaya, BIT Mesra, Assam University.
