You have decent marks in school and college. also you have academic diversity factor.

A decent CAT percentile would fetch you some good calls from some of the top colleges. If you want to convert IIMs i would suggest you aim for at least 90 percentile. Also try to maximise your score as much as possible.

Its good to know that your score is tremendously awesome. As past academics holds weightage in CAT exams. Moreover to help non engineers IIMs are planning to set question paper with a slightly less advance in quantitative apptitude section. This is in accordance with the need to boost non engineers for MBA.

As an Orthopaedic pH candidate you should keep your aim high as much as 90 percentile and above to increase chances of getting call from various IIMs.

Which exact IIM are you targeting for an MBA? For ABC, it is safe to target a 99+ %ile, especially with no work experience. For LIK, target a 97+ to be assured.
