Hindi medium students are also eligible for neet provided they meet eligibility criteria provided below:-
To br eligible you should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
*students appearing for 12th board examination are also eligible provisionally.

You can give neet in hindi because :-
Neet examination is conducted in following languages
*Assamese
*Bengali
*English
*Gujarati
* Hindi
*Kannada
*Marathi
*Oriya
*Tamil
*Telugu
*Urdu
When one selects English as the medium of his or her question paper then his or her Neet examination question paper is in English language only.
But yes,
When one selects any language other than English as the medium for his or her NEET examination then he or she gets the neet question paper in both the language i.e selected by him or her and English.
So ,
if you select Hindi as the medium of your neet question paper then you will get your question paper in both Hindi and English .
