To be eligible, Uttar Pradesh, candidates need to be 12th class pass outs from the state/central government boards as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) and or Biology (PCB / PCMB) as optional subjects individually with at least 50% marks.

1. In order to fill an online application form for B.Pharmacy (B.Pharmacy) Course Admission in UP, a wishful applicant firstly must visit the UPSEE’s official web portal i.e. upsee.nic.in (http://www.upsee.nic.in/) .
2. Thereafter click on the ‘UP State Entrance Test for UG/PG (UPSEE 2021)’ which can be found on the website as in the first option I have mentioned.
3. While filling an application for the entrance test, you should be more conscious and read all the terms mentioned the guidelines choose the’ New Candidate Registration ‘ and create a profile (user id and password) to UPSEE 2021 for B.Pharmacy Admission in a state-owned government college or private B.Pharmacy college in Uttar Pradesh.
4. Provide all the asked details like personal details, father’s name, mother’s name, Aadhar Card Number, mobile, email id, & educational, and others.
5. Upload their photograph, thumb impression, and signature clear, should not be a blurred image.
6. Please note that all information should be belonging to the applicants who’re going to appear in the entrance exam.
7. Make a payment for the successful registration, and take a print out the application form and receipt for the further uses.
8. SC/ST or other category students who come under reservation category shall be given wave off according to the government norms.
