Sir after 1st round in ojee i float can i freeze in 2nd round so for this i have to report at nodal centre or not

Well, yes you can choose freeze option if if you want to lock your college offeres to you at the time of counseling. And then you may visit the alloted nodal center for documents verification and finally get admission into your desired college after the completion of the counselling process.
