Hello Priyanka!

There is no need to do BSc nursing to become a doctor. In case, If you are doing BSc nursing or have completed it, you have to qualify NEET examination in way to become a doctor. After NEET get into MBBS and after completing MBBS you can go for the speciality courses.

Hope you got your answer.

Hi

Actually, you don't need to do BSc nursing if you want to become a  doctor. In case, if you are already doing BSc nursing then also to become a doctor you will have to take the same route of qualifying Neet examination as that of 12th passed student and then get into MBBS to become a doctor, if you want to become an ayurvedic doctor then after neet you can go for BAMS , to become homeopathy doctor you need to go for BHMS, and BDS for becoming dentist, BVSc to become animal doctor i. e veterinary doctor.

Now, to be eligible for neet your bsc nursing qualification won't help your 12th marks would be considered according to which to be eligible

you must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

  • at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

  • at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc

  • at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

Also,

* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021

* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021

* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

Priyanka manilal rathva it doesn't matter even if your bsc nursing is completed, you will have to qualify neet and then go for mbbs/ bams etc to become a doctor. There's no other way.
